Rodder of the Year for 2005
Doris Ramsey
The TSR 2006 Streetrodder of the Year is
Tom Meehan.
Tom has been a member of Tallahassee Streetrodders for a
number of years and has served in various capacities. The lastest is as Treasurer.
Tom has always shown loyalty and enthusiasm for TSR. He is a wonderful asset to the club.
The membership appreciate all that he does.
The Streetrodder of the Year award is awarded annually to a
member of the Tallahassee Streetrodders "in recognition and appreciation of years of
hard work, dedication and leadership" to the club and its activities.
Doris Ramsey was the
Tallahassee Streetrodder of the Year for 2005. She has been tireless in her
efforts in organizing club functions like cruises to different
events and club picnics.
Dan Isaac was the
Tallahassee Streetrodder of the Year for 2004. Dan was
the club treasurer for several years. During that time Dan
was instrumental in changing
the club from a “for profit” to a “not for profit” organization.
Tallahassee Streetrodder of the Year for 2003 was Bill Wehunt. As
the outgoing president, Bill has provided leadership and
supported club activities for many years.
Tallahassee Streetrodder of the Year for 2002 was Bill Flowers. Bill has
supported club activities as Club Vice President, Board of Directors,
providing music for club events
and assisting with other club functions and events. Mary Flowers has provided
much support along with Bill.
Tallahassee Streetrodder of the Year for 2001 was David Morgan. David
supported club activities as Club President, Board of Directors, organizing
numerous car shows, cruises and other events as well as working to help organize
and promote the Labor Day Car Shows in past years.
The 2000 Streetrodder of the Year was Ann Stallings. Ann
supported club activities by providing business cards for officers, membership
cards for members, composing an electronic membership directory, working with
the show flyer and working to help promote the Labor Day Car Show.
The 1999 Streetrodder of the Year was Dick Heburn. Dick was
recognized for his tireless support of club activities such as the Annual What-a-Ween and the
Labor Day Car Show and Dinner.
